The Palm Oil Buyers' Scorecard

Singapore and Malaysia 2017

© WWF-Singapore

Palm oil is in up to 50% of the products in a supermarket. These include toiletries from lipsticks to shampoos and food items from chocolates to instant noodles. Palm oil scorecards keep brands and businesses accountable for our forests by placing them under scrutiny from civil society, their competitors, peers and partners.

We have contacted 25 companies in Singapore (list below), many of which are well-known household names, to understand their palm oil sourcing practices - are they sustainable?

We also asked the public to share brand suggestions with us so we could make sure we were not missing any popular brand in Singapore. Scroll down to know whom we added to our list!
