Ken Hickson is Founder/Chairman of Sustain Ability Showcase Asia (SASA) since 2010. Author of 7 books, including “The ABC of Carbon” and “Race for Sustainability”. Founder of the Sustainability Professionals ASEAN Network (SPAN). Managing Editor of ABC Carbon Express, Focus on Forests, Ocean Outlook and The Art of Travel. Provides advisory and editorial services for public and private sector clients in Singapore and Asia Pacific. Ken has 61 years’ experience working in Media, including newspapers, TV, radio, magazines (online and print), as well as multiple social media platforms. Associate Professor at University of Sunshine Coast, Australia. Actively engaged with WWF for 3 decades. Runs “Education for Sustainability” courses for Kowabunga! Global and other educational institutes. Has developed and managed campaigns on environmental issues, food security, energy efficiency, sustainable forestry and responsible tourism.
