#WEGOTTHIS YEAR 4: INCUBATOR

12 July 2025-24 August 2025 | 6-week virtual incubator

A Youth Sustainability Incubator programme empowering young sustainability advocates across Southeast Asia to drive real environmental impact.

Incubator objectives

Promote Collaboration

Foster a Connected Youth Ecosystem: Build a thriving network of young sustainability leaders across ASEAN and Singapore to encourage collaboration and long-term engagement.

Foster Leadership

Support aspiring youth leaders in designing and launching digital sustainability campaigns that drive real-world awareness and engagement.

Showcase Innovation

Provide mentorship, knowledge, and resources to strengthen youth leaders’ capabilities in sustainability knowledge, digital advocacy, science communication, and community-building.

Through expert mentorship, campaign showcases, and a community of like-minded forward-thinkers, aspiring youth leaders will be empowered to conceptualise, develop and launch an impactful digital campaign addressing a sustainability challenge of tomorrow. More than just an online movement, this programme paves the way for young changemakers to go beyond digital advocacy and drive real, on-the-ground change in their communities.

Alumni will join a growing community of fearless sustainability opinion leaders, gaining opportunities to stay engaged, co-lead future initiatives, and inspire the next wave of sustainability advocates. If you’re ready to make a difference, #WeGotThis is your next step!

Programme Journey

Pre-programme Mixer

A casual, interactive session designed to help participants connect, meet past alumni, set goals, and get inspired before the incubator officially begins. It’s a chance to meet peers, build networks, and kickstart the #WeGotThis journey in a fun and engaging way!

Mentorship

Participants will be connected with industry experts and alumni who provide guidance, feedback, and act as sounding boards while they refine their sustainability campaigns to be launch-ready.

Self-Paced E-learning Modules

Participants will gain knowledge on sustainability, digital advocacy, campaign strategy and community-building, allowing them to learn essential skills to launch impactful campaigns. Each module will end with a takeaway task that they can complete together with their mentors as they work on bringing their campaign ideas to live.

Ask-Me-Anything Sessions

These are live, interactive Q&A sessions with expert speakers from the e-learning modules, giving participants the chance to dive deeper, troubleshoot and gain real-world insights.

Campaign Launch Day!

Campaign Launch Day is aimed to be a virtual community day where all youth campaigns would have to be launched. It is an important landmark milestone that contributes to the vision of the programme being a ‘youth-led’ movement.

Accountability Groups

Provides a supportive peer network where participants can share progress, exchange feedback, and stay motivated throughout the incubator, ensuring they stay on track with their campaign launch and goals.
