Sandra is a corporate lawyer with Bird & Bird, an international legal practice. She has extensive experience in energy regulations, utility projects, public procurement, and sustainable investments.
She is the long-term legal advisor to a large number of government agencies and is the lead coordinator for notable public projects in Singapore and the region including People Association’s CC-in-a-Mall, Pulau Ubin Microgrid and SembCorp Energy Storage System. She is highly regarded for her work in advising corporations on the green transition journey and in their Net Zero efforts.

She also serves on the Board/Exco of a number of industry associations such as SEAS, ESI, HFCAS, SGBC, GCNS and WMRAS. She is the advisor to Children’s Wishing Well, a children’s charity.
