Swati Mandloi

Swati Mandloi is a Conservation Manager at WWF Singapore and currently leads the Net Zero Programme. Swati has a background in environmental economics and policy, which helps her to bridge the gap between corporate interests and environmental conservation. With 6 years of experience in climate advocacy, she has developed her skills for influencing businesses to set ambitious targets and governments to provide the right framework for addressing major challenges. Swati pursued a Master’s in Environmental Management at the National University of Singapore, which deepened her knowledge of policy frameworks and strategies to promote environmental conservation. She is passionate about advocacy and has followed and attended multiple COP (Conference of the Parties) meetings under the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) to represent the youth voice for climate action on the global stage. In her work, Swati engages multiple stakeholders through her work, such as governments, corporations and the public, to influence long-lasting change.

ORGANISED BY

World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) is one of the world’s largest and most respected independent conservation organisations. WWF’s mission is to stop the degradation of the earth’s natural environment and to build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature. As one of WWF’s international hubs, WWF-Singapore supports a global network spanning over 100 countries.

WWF-Singapore works closely with local stakeholders towards a greener and more sustainable Singapore and the region around us. We work to address key conservation areas, such as climate change, sustainable finance, deforestation, illegal wildlife trade, marine conservation, and sustainable production and consumption, through collaboration, education and outreach efforts involving the community, businesses, and governments.
