Introduction of the role
WWF-Singapore is going through an exciting data migration initiative and is looking for a Data Migration Project Manager with data migration experience to help us deliver this incredible task. We are looking for a talented, detail oriented, as well as an analytical individual as our Data Migration Project Manager. You will need to also have excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in order to communicate with peers and partners at all levels. You also need to possess strong leadership and time management skills.
Overview of the project
The Data Migration Project Manager will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a data migration project to Salesforce. The Data Migration Project Manager will develop the project plan with the team and will manage the team’s performance and deliverables of project tasks. The Project Manager will also be responsible for communicating the status and progress of the project, including risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and making sure that the project is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope by all parties involved.
Qualification Experiences: Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing medium to large scale database migration projects
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Information Technology
Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of the data migration project
Responsible for securing acceptance and approval of deliverables from stakeholders and project sponsors
Responsible for developing training plans, materials, and documentations for new application users. Ensure materials are up-to-date and coordinate training sessions with new users and training partners
Responsible for liaison with various vendors and suppliers and manage contracts, agreements and deliverables
Responsible for providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about adjustments and progress
Required experiences, skills and competencies
Have managed and successfully executed a minimum of 2 data migration projects
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce core products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community, Commerce, Einstein, etc.) and Trailblazer Community
Familiar with database platform, Raiser’s Edge is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, excellent time management skills, ability to multi-tasks, and able to perform despite tight schedules
Possess strong commitment, leadership skill, and ability to motivate team members
Previous experience or knowledgeable in charity sector is desired

8. Working Relationships
Internal – Working closely with Fundraising, Communications, Conservation, Sustainable Finance, Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy teams to deliver against cross organisational business objectives
External – Coordinating with external vendors relating to platforms and systems and database solutions experts
