Position title: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive
Reports to: HR Manager
We are looking for a driven and proactive HR Executive (HRE) / Senior HRE to join our team in supporting the organization through the development and implementation of HR strategies and programmes as well as providing support in various HR functions such as talent acquisition, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling. You must be someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute actively in driving the HR initiatives.
Some key responsibilities though not exhaustive, include:
Assisting/Managing the recruitment process, including job advertisement postings, resume screening, scheduling interview and ensuring candidate fit the role and the company culture.
Coordinating and managing on-boarding of new employees including updating and posting of weekly update, process probationary reviews, employees evaluations and off-boarding of resigned employees.
Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters such as manpower planning, recruitment, training and development and performance management exercise.
Handle MOM related matters - Pass application, renewal, cancellation, Covid-19 work requirements etc.
Maintain records and compile reports such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal, etc.
Assist in preparing of HR related letters such as Certification Letter for Work Pass, PR, NS deferment, bank, etc.
Provide general support, such as preparation of P-file checklist and ensuring all documents are submitted and uploaded to the share folder(e-filing), ordering of gift, annual compliance declaration, checking of monthly timesheet, monthly insurance addition/deletion, etc.
Assist with checking, responding/resolving of internal emails enquires, filter and forward email to the respective team member, if necessary.
Advise staff on specific entitlements, explain employment standards and legislation, review and update policies and procedures, if necessary
Other ad-hoc tasks assign by the management
Diploma / Degree in HRM and/or equivalent.
At least 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in human resource operations.
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills
Ability to deal with and engaging people at all levels.
Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers and across difference levels of the organization.
