Position summary

We are seeking an experienced but fresh thinking Senior Executive to join our team. Your role is vital to the development of our School Programmes which focuses on Schools, Educators and Parent communities. You will develop and deliver engagement programmes targeting schools, school-aged youth and their parents. You will work across teams to develop platforms, activities and new ways of engaging schools, school-aged youth and their parents in our inspiration, learning and incubation platforms. You will identify trends and insights, conduct or supervise market research to identify new opportunities. Manage and execute innovative school programmes that promote Green-STEAM action for sustainability. Provide content development, project management and administrative support for WWF-Singapore’s School programmes. This role will give the successful applicant the chance to make a real impact on the delivery and shape of school programmes at WWF-Singapore.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of strategy, seeking new opportunities for the organisation to be instrumental in delivery of MOE aligned activities in support of the Singapore Green Plan.

  • You will lead the School Programmes portfolio, impact measurement and delivery with excellent stakeholder experience. This includes oversight of all legal compliance and risk management measures.

  • You will use your adept project management skills to ensure smooth day to day execution of all School Programme activities that focus on Schools, Educators, School-aged Youth and their families. This includes managing complex project schedules, multiple reporting and budget cycles, and managing a stakeholder relationships relevant for a robust School portfolio. 

  • You will identify needs and opportunities for collaborations, propose new programme development ideas for approval, execute existing and new programmes, projects and events, and collect relevant data to measure their effectiveness.

  • You will develop, or supervise the development of learning and engagement content; manage external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality content, events, training and innovation programmes.

  • You will build and maintain a network of external agencies and freelance staff for the high-quality delivery of School Programs; and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders and partners.

  • You will supervise and ensure third party compliance with all WWF Code of Conduct, Personal Data Protection, Compliance Standards for Child Safety and Protection, Risk Management and Community Engagement. 

  • You will supervise interns and volunteers to support development and delivery of Schools Programmes. 



  • Degree in a relevant field. Individuals without a degree but extensive school programme experience are welcome to apply. 

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in non-formal training would be helpful.

  • Pleasant and courteous disposition with strong communication skills and a strong interest to work with all ages.

  • Competitive project management skills, preferably with supervisory skills to manage a variety of third party vendors.

  • Analytical and resourceful with keen attention to both details and deadlines.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. along with the maturity to work in a global, multi-cultural environment.

  • Works well in teams and displays initiative to get things done in a dynamic work environment.

  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary.



Working Relationships: 

Internal – Works closely with the Education and Outreach team. Builds and manages a highly collaborative cross-functional relationship with all other teams.

External – Builds and manages a highly collaborative relationship with Schools and its stakeholders such as principals, educators, and student leaders. Manages any other strategic relationships with external stakeholders and organisations that support WWF School programmes.
