About the role:
The People & Culture executive will execute various human resource functions, including payroll coordination, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, work pass administration, staff information management in compliance with compliance and HR best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll – support payroll processing and ensure salaries and allowances are paid on time.
- Recruitment – Assist in recruitment and selection processes (e.g., job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Work Pass Administration – manage and ensure compliance with all government regulations related to the employment of foreign talents, including applying for, renewing, and cancelling work passes.
- Onboarding & Offboarding – execute the administrative, logistical, and compliance-related processes to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for employees entering or leaving the organization.
- HRIS and P-file management – Maintain employee records in physical and digital formats.
- HR Administration – support the team in facilitating other HR-related functions (e.g. events, surveys, training)
Skills & Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience handling HR generalist/administrative tasks
- Good knowledge of local manpower regulations, compliance and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS or payroll software is a plus
- High level of integrity, HR Ethics and professionalism and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Having these are a plus
- Experience in PAYDAY system
- Have a passion towards conservation and science
